Our story
About Dave's Automotive
At Dave's Automotive, we believe you deserve to understand exactly what's happening with your vehicle. Our team walks every customer through the diagnosis and the repair, whether you've been driving for sixty years or you're bringing in your first car.
We've earned trust across Visalia by doing the job right instead of taking the easy route. When one customer was told by other shops that his Jeep needed a new motor, we ran a proper diagnostic, found the real issue, and got it running better than ever.
From routine repairs to older vehicles that need extra care, we keep cars on the road and keep our customers in the loop from start to finish.
- Clear, honest explanations
- Same-day turnaround
- Careful with older vehicles
- Locally based in Visalia
What customers say
“Great people, great communication, fast turnaround time. Got my issue figured out quick. Even though parts for my car are not available I will definitely recommend Dave's Automotive to friends and family. Thank you.”
“Great shop. I've had issues with my Jeep for the last few months, was told I need a new motor at other shops, then found this shop. They did a proper diagnostic and now it runs better than ever. They explained everything they did and everything they found, answered all my questions, and had me in and out the same day I called.”
“Being an elderly person they were very explicit about the repairs being done on my vehicle. They were friendly and made me feel like more than just a customer.”
